We’re looking forward to welcoming you to the DOXOLOGY event created for pastors and their lay leaders. The information below will offer you a brief overview of our time together. We will be enjoying several days of study, fellowship, worship, conversation and discussion.

Retreat Schedule: Event check-in begins at 2:15 p.m. on Friday, the 12th, and the conference begins at 3:30 p.m. The event closes at 2:15 p.m. on Sunday, the 14th. Click here for event schedule.

Current Series Pastors: We have reserved Christ the King Retreat Center lodging for all current series pastors and up to two laity. Pastors will register additional laity as commuters and secure lodging for them in the Buffalo area. The commuter note, below, mentions one nearby hotel.
The expenses for each pastor and one lay leader are covered in your Classic series tuition. A second lay leader will cost either $325 (single occupancy room) or $275 (double occupancy room) per person. Additional lay leaders will attend as commuters, at a cost of $225 per person. Costs cover: Registration fee, instructional materials, evening reception, lodging, and meals. (Commuter fee does not cover breakfast or lodging).
Grad pastors: All grad pastors and up to two lay leaders will register as commuters for the event at a cost of $225 per person. This fee includes registration, instructional materials, evening receptions, and meals (except breakfast).
*All commuters may reserve lodging at the Country Inn & Suites, Buffalo, MN where we have set aside a block of rooms for $129/night + tax. Click here for hotel information. Objectives for the Encore Event
-Pastors and lay leaders will review servanthood models and strategies that equip them to respond to very real parish challenges.
-Engaging modules and presentations will renew and assist parish leaders to serve their congregation with new appreciation for and zeal to support their pastor’s ministry.
-Facilitated conversations with other pastors and lay leaders will invite mutual encouragement, support, inquiry and lively sharing.
