We’re looking forward to welcoming you to the DOXOLOGY event created for pastors and their lay leaders. The information below will offer you a brief overview of our time together. We will be enjoying several days of study, fellowship, worship, conversation and discussion.

Location: Lindenwood Retreat & Conference Center, 9601 Union Rd, Plymouth, IN 46513 (near Donaldson). Website here .
Retreat Schedule: Event check-in begins at 2:15 p.m. on Friday, the 17th, and the conference begins at 3:00 p.m. The event closes at 3:30 p.m. on Sunday, the 19th. The event schedule can be found here.
Registration & Lodging: Both current series and grad pastors may register themselves and their lay leaders from this event page.

Current Series Pastors: We have reserved Lindenwood Retreat & Conference Center lodging for all current series pastors and their lay leaders.
The expenses for each pastor and one lay leader are covered in your Classic series tuition. Additional lay leaders will cost either $335 (single occupancy room) or $285 (double occupancy room) per person. Lay leaders are also invited to attend as commuters, at a cost of $225 per person. Costs cover: Registration fee, instructional materials, evening reception, lodging, and meals. (Commuter fee does not cover breakfast or lodging.)
Grad pastors: All grad pastors and/or their lay leaders will register as commuters for the event at a cost of $225 per person. This fee includes registration, instructional materials, evening receptions, and meals (except breakfast).
*All commuters may reserve lodging at the Super 8 Hotel in nearby Plymouth where we have set aside a block of rooms for $99/night + tax. Click here for hotel information. Call 574-914-4851 through June 2nd to reserve, mentioning the “Lindenwood DOXOLOGY” block.
Objectives for the Encore Event
-Pastors and lay leaders will review servanthood models and strategies that equip them to respond to very real parish challenges.
-Engaging modules and presentations will renew and assist parish leaders to serve their congregation with new appreciation for and zeal to support their pastor’s ministry.
-Facilitated conversations with other pastors and lay leaders will invite mutual encouragement, support, inquiry and lively sharing.
Cancellation Policy: DOXOLOGY is contractually obligated to Lindenwood Retreat & Conference Center for all registrants. Therefore we cannot issue full refunds for cancelled registrations. Cancellations received prior to 14 days before a scheduled event are eligible for a full refund less a $50 processing fee. Cancellations received within 14 days of a scheduled event are eligible for a 50% refund. All cancellations must be sent to Newert@doxology.us .
