Requesting a Presenter

How It Works:

1. Review the presenters and topic descriptions.
2. Decide on your preferred presenters/topics.
3. Connect with our DOX to Go Coordinator through this form to request your topic/presenter choices.  Please do not contact the presenters directly at this point. If you have any questions or need help with the process shoot an email to: DoxtoGo@doxology.us
4. We will verify the presenter’s availability for the dates you have requested. If the presenter is available, we will schedule the dates and confirm details with you.  When dates/topics/fees have been confirmed, we will also provide you with the presenter’s direct contact information.
5. Your conference committee will then handle all further logistical arrangements directly with the presenter.

Fees and Arrangements

1. Conference hosts are responsible to reimburse all travel costs for the presenter as well as providing food and lodging during the conference. Your conference or agency shall reimburse travel costs directly to the speakers.
2. Presenter(s) stipends and Service Fee are payable to DOXOLOGY, Inc. We will, in turn, compensate each presenter for services provided

Suggested Minimum Stipends:

Three Hour Presentation: $ 600
Six Hour Presentation: $1200
